Maw&Paw is a family care calendar published by ISM Creations. This policy covers the iOS and Android apps and this website.

Information we collect

• Account: email, name, and password handled by our login provider, Supabase Auth.
• Family data you enter: hub and branch names, invite codes, care notes, allergies, bedtime, emergency contacts, babysitting requests, and family events.
• Sports schedule links you paste from TeamSnap, GameChanger, or another calendar feed, and the events those links contain.
• Flyer photos you choose to scan. The photo is used to read the flyer and is not kept as a photo library in the app.
• Notification preference and push token, if you turn reminders on.
• Subscription choice stored on your account. Store billing, when enabled, is handled by Apple or Google.

How we use it

We use this information to show the family calendar, sync sports feeds, send reminders you turn on, and keep hubs limited to people with an invite code.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Family members in the same hub can see the care notes and events that hub is set to share. Supabase hosts the database and login. Apple and Google process store payments and their own crash reports.

Retention and deletion

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. That removes your login. Shared family notes may remain for other members of the hub. You can also email [email protected].

Children

The app is for parents and grandparents. Do not create an account for a child.
